Ingredients
  • 500 beef sirloin, thinly sliced g (1 lb)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 piece -inch fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional for garnish)
  • 2 green onions, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions
  1. Prepare the Ingredients

    Slice the beef into thin strips. Prepare the vegetables by slicing the onion, bell pepper, zucchini, and carrot. Mince the garlic and ginger.

  2. Stir-Fry the Beef
