Balsamic Glazed Salmon Recipe


  • 4 salmon fillets, skin-on or skinless
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  1. Marinate the Salmon: In a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag, combine the balsamic vinegar, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, and olive oil.
