Satisfy your cravings with Chicken Ranch Wraps! Tender grilled chicken, crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes, shredded cheese, and creamy ranch dressing are all wrapped up in a soft tortilla for a delicious and convenient meal on the go.

 Ingredients:

– 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– Salt and pepper, to taste

– 4 large flour tortillas

– 1/2 cup ranch dressing

– 1 cup shredded lettuce

– 1 cup diced tomatoes

– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

– Optional additions: sliced avocado, bacon bits, diced red onion

 Instructions:

1. Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Remove from heat and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly.

2. Prepare the wraps: Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spread about 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing evenly over each tortilla.

3. Assemble the wraps: Divide the sliced chicken evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each tortilla. Top the chicken with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped cilantro, if using. Add any optional additions you like, such as sliced avocado, bacon bits, or diced red onion.

4. Wrap it up: Fold the sides of each tortilla inward, then tightly roll it up from the bottom, tucking the filling in as you go. Cut each wrap in half diagonally if desired.

5. Serve: Serve the chicken ranch wraps immediately, or wrap them tightly in foil or parchment paper for a portable meal.
