Elevate your lunch game with Grilled Avocado Chicken Wraps! These flavorful wraps feature tender grilled chicken, creamy avocado slices, crisp lettuce, and your favorite condiments, all wrapped up in a soft tortilla. They’re perfect for a quick and satisfying meal on the go or a light and refreshing lunch at home.

 Ingredients:

– 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

– 2 avocados, sliced

– 4 large flour tortillas

– 1 cup shredded lettuce

– 1 cup diced tomatoes

– 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or your choice)

– 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 1 teaspoon ground cumin

– 1 teaspoon chili powder

– Salt and pepper, to taste

– Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, hot sauce

 Instructions:

1. Preheat the grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

2. Marinate the chicken: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag, and pour the marinade over them. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

3. Grill the chicken: Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade and discard any excess marinade. Place the chicken breasts on the preheated grill. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.

4. Grill the tortillas: While the chicken is grilling, place the flour tortillas directly on the grill for about 30 seconds to 1 minute on each side, just until they are lightly toasted and have grill marks. Remove from the grill and set aside.

5. Assemble the wraps: Lay out the grilled tortillas on a flat surface. Place slices of grilled chicken down the center of each tortilla. Top the chicken with sliced avocado, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and chopped cilantro.

6. Fold the wraps: Fold the bottom edge of each tortilla up over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly to form a wrap.

7. Serve and enjoy: Serve the Grilled Avocado Chicken Wraps immediately, either whole or sliced in half diagonally. Serve with optional toppings such as sour cream, salsa, or hot sauce on the side.

These Grilled Avocado Chicken Wraps make for a delicious and satisfying meal, perfect for lunch or dinner!
