Savor the classic flavors of a Caesar salad in convenient wrap form with the Chicken Caesar Wrap! Tender grilled chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing are all wrapped up in a soft tortilla for a deliciously satisfying meal on the go.

– 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

– 1/4 cup Caesar dressing

– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce

– 1/4 cup diced tomatoes

– 1/4 cup croutons

– 4 large flour tortillas

– Salt and pepper, to taste

1. Cook the chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a little oil. Cook the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Once cooked, remove them from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.

2. Prepare the wrap ingredients: While the chicken is cooking, prepare the other ingredients. Shred the romaine lettuce, dice the tomatoes, and grate the Parmesan cheese if it’s not already grated.

3. Slice the chicken: Once the chicken has rested, slice it into thin strips.

4. Assemble the wraps: Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface. Spread a tablespoon of Caesar dressing onto each tortilla, leaving about an inch border around the edges.

5. Add the fillings: Divide the sliced chicken evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center. Top the chicken with shredded romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, grated Parmesan cheese, and croutons.

6. Wrap it up: To wrap the tortillas, fold in the sides of the tortilla, then fold up the bottom edge and roll it tightly around the fillings, ensuring they are enclosed.

7. Serve and enjoy: Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately. Optionally, you can serve with extra Caesar dressing on the side for dipping.

Enjoy your Chicken Caesar Wraps as a delicious and satisfying meal!
