7 TIPS TO CREATE AN EASY MORNING ROUTINE FOR YOUR FAMILY

It’s hard to get out of bed in the morning. Especially when you have a house full of kids and trying to make everyone happy before going off to work.
Starting your day off on a positive note can create positivity throughout your whole day. And we all know how important it is to start your day with positivity because it spills over into how we treat others.
Here are 7 tips that will help create an easy morning routine that will encourage positivity in your home:
1.) GET UP EARLY enough so that everyone has time to shower, eat breakfast, and brush their teeth. Get up 30 minutes early so that you can prepare breakfast or lunch for yourself or family members who do not go off to school/work early.
2.) PICK OUT OUTFITS FOR THE DAY AND LAY THEM ON THE BEDS OF THE PEOPLE WHO NEED TO WEAR THEM (so everyone knows what they need to wear).
3.) WRITE A LIST OF TO-DO’S FOR YOUR BUSY DAY (so everything goes more smoothly)
4.) MAKE IT EASY FOR YOURSELF TO DRINK LOTS OF WATER (i.e. fill a water bottle right before you go to sleep and keep it by your nightstand, then drink some water as soon as you wake up).
5.) SET ANALOG CLOCKS A HALF HOUR BACK SO THAT YOU CAN SLEEP FASTER.
6.) DECIDE HOW LONG YOU ARE GOING TO SLEEP THE NIGHT BEFORE SO THAT WHEN YOUR ALARM GOES OFF IN THE MORNING, YOU HAVE A QUICK ROUTINE BETWEEN TAKING CARE OF CHILDREN AND PACKING THEM INTO THEIR CAR SEATS IF NECESSARY.
7.) CONSIDER SETTING UP CUE CARDS ALL OVER THE HOUSE WITH FUN FACTS ABOUT SPECIFIC MEMBERS OF YOUR FAMILY.
