  • 8-10 small flour tortillas

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the sliced chicken to the marinade and toss until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours, to allow the flavors to meld.
  2. Sauté the vegetables: Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat.
