  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)


  1. Sauté the Sausage: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced sausage rounds and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.
