– 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon paprika

– 4 large flour tortillas

– 2 ripe avocados, sliced

– 1 cup shredded lettuce

– 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

– 1/4 cup diced red onion

– 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

– 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream (optional, for serving)

– Lime wedges, for serving


1. Prepare the chicken: In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Rub this mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.

2. Cook the chicken: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Remove from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.
